Plustrong offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 day of receiving your order.
1. Refund for Manufacturer Defect or Shipping Damage
If your order arrives with any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact me within 48 hour with photo and video evidence for verification. Once confirmed, I will process a full refund or a free replacement for you. Please keep all original packaging for inspection purpose.
2. Return Condition for Non-Quality Related Issue
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to product quality, you may do so within 30 day of receiving the good. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost from your address to my warehouse. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition, with all tag and accessory intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for every return.
Important Notice:
Once an item has been used, washed, or modified, it cannot be returned unless defective.
A final sale or clearance item is non-returnable.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact me at: support@plustrong.store. I will provide you with the return address and detailed instruction. A return submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.
Packaging Documentation:
Original Packaging Photo: Before you pack your return item, please take at least one photo of the item inside its original packaging.
Outer Packaging Photo: Please take at least one photo of the outer packaging of the item, ensure every side is clearly visible.
4. Please choose a shipping carrier and bear the shipping cost. Please ensure the product is properly packaged according to instruction to prevent damage during transit. Once the item has been shipped, please notify me via email.
5. Plustrong will process your refund within 3 business day of receiving and inspecting the returned item. A refund may not appear on your credit card statement until the next billing cycle. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the credit to your account.
An exchange and refund are subject to product availability.
6. Replacement Without Return
If a part is damaged during shipping or missing from your package, you may email support@plustrong.store with photo or video and your order number to request a free replacement part.
7. Return Due to Change of Mind or No Longer Needed
A product may be returned if the following condition is met:
The return request is submitted within 30 day of receiving the item.
The item is unopened, in its original factory-sealed packaging, with every accessory intact.
Please do not use a P.O. Box as the shipping address. Provide a detailed physical address, as most carrier do not deliver to a P.O. Box.
8. Refund and Exchange
A refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected, subject to a deduction for return shipping cost. The original shipping cost from my warehouse to your address is non-refundable.
9. Order Cancellation
An order canceled within 48 hour of placement is eligible for a full refund.
An order cannot be canceled after 48 hour or once the order has been shipped.
Please note, a cancellation requested after 48 hour is subject to a 25% handling fee.
10. Important Notice
Please inspect your good within 30 day of receipt. If you discover any damage or defect, please contact me immediately at support@plustrong.store with a photo.
